Managing Director/CEO  [Mrs. Yetunde O. A. Ogunseye, B.Sc, FCA ] Mrs. Yetunde Ogunseye is a graduate of accounting from the University of Lagos (2nd Class Upper Division) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 after training at Coopers and Lybrand. She became a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1993. She was Chief Accountant of Honda Manufacturing (Nigeria) Limited in 1982 before moving into the banking industry in 1985. She joined the pioneering management team at ADH in 1993 as Assistant General Manager in charge of Financial Control and Systems. She was appointed Executive Director in 2003 and Managing Director & Chief Executive in 2004.    GM/CEO (ADH Asset Managers) [Bola Ajomale] Bola has over 18 years experience in investment and financial advisory services.  He started his career in Ernst and Young (Chartered Accountants) where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  He subsequently qualified as a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1991 whilst working in CSL Stockbrokers Limited where he headed Stockbroking operations. He later joined Midas Stockbrokers Limited in the same capacity.  He has also worked as a senior financial consultant in Agusto & Co (Financial Consultants) and before joining Associated Discount House in August 2004, Bola was the Divisional Head of Corporate finance and Syndications for MBC International Bank Limited. Bola is a graduate of Economics and Accounting from the University of Leeds UK, a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Stockbroker.  At Associated Discount house, he is General Manager of Associated Asset Managers Limited.   AGM, Investment Marketing Group [ Kayode T. Ojo,] Kayode Tolulope Ojo B.Sc, ACA (AGM, Fund Management Group) Kayode T. Ojo is a Chartered Accountant with a first degree in Economics from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). With close to twelve years of banking experience. he is an Assistant General Manager with the responsibility for Interbank Treasury, Funds Management, Asset and Liability management as well as marketing activities in the branches. Kayode’s non-banking experience span provision of statutory audit, accountancy and business advisory services to a number of clients in the telecommunications, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries with local and foreign currency dealing, deposit liability generation and strategic management of interest and exchange rate risks.   Group Head, Business Support  [Akinjare. Akinro] He has over 15 years experience in Information Technology in the banking industry as well as in consulting. Prior to joining ADH in August 2000, he has worked in Societe Generale Bank and was one of the pioneer staff of Ecobank Nigeria Plc where he rose to the position of Head, Information Technology Group of the bank. He was also a consultant to ECOWAS-Community Computer Centre, Lome – Togo on the Nigeria ASYCUDA Project, for the computerization of the Nigeria Customs Service. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan African University.   AGM, Treasury & Funds Management [John Oyidih] He has over 15 years experience spanning commercial and merchant banks. His core functions were in financial control activities. He joined ADH as a Manager in 2001 from NAL Bank Plc where he worked for 4 years. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School   Branch Manager, Abuja   [Olorunfemi Obalemo] Femi Started his audit career in Ernst and Young from where he proceeded to DSC as information technology consultant. He had a brief stint with Omega bank Plc from where he joined ADH as the Head, Internal Audit and Inspection. He was later the Head of Finance, Accounts and Administration before his current designation. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan African University.   Branch Manager Port Harcourt [Folarin Akinbami] Folarin is a graduate of banking and Finance from the Ondo State University with deep understanding of the eastern environment. He career spans both the banking and industrial sectors of the economy. Prior to joining ADH in 2000, Folarin was Head, Credit and Marketing at Universal Trust Bank Plc, Port Harcourt Branch. He is currently the Branch Manager, Port Harcourt, in ADH.   Senior Manager, Asset Trading & Intermediation [Abayomi Johnson] Yomi commenced his banking career in the Banking Operations Unit (Kano) of Ecobank Nigeria Plc. He later worked in both Banking Operations and Currency Trading (Treasury) departments of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. He joined Associated Discount House Limited as an Assistant Manager and Deputy Head of Treasury in April 2000 and rose to become Head of Treasury and Financial Institutions department in February 2002.   Manager, Asset Managers [Joseph Okeke]  Joseph has over twelve years varied experience in banking, discount house and capital market operations. He joined ADH as Assistant Manager in 2000 and has worked as the Head, Investment and Marketing as well as Abuja Branch Manager. Before joining Associated Discount House he worked in the Investment Banking Group, Business Finance Department and Treasury & International Banking Group of Omega Bank Plc between 1996 and 2000. Prior to this he acquired rich experience in stock-broking, issuing house and portfolio management at Bacad Finance & Investment Company Limited   Company Secretary/Legal Adviser [Toye Osungbesan] Toye started his legal career in the law firm of John Kester & Co before joining First Interstate Merchant Bank (Nigeria) Limited. He joined Associated Discount House in 2001 as a Legal Officer before being elevated to the position of the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, a position from which he also oversees the personnel department.
